CareSplit is a product of Dollye Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit caresplit.app or join the waitlist, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
- Phone number (required) — submitted via the waitlist form so we can text you a download link the day CareSplit launches.
- Email address (optional) — if you choose to share it, we may use it for launch-day communication as a backup to SMS.
- Behavioral and analytics data — We use Microsoft Clarity to collect data about how visitors interact with our site. This includes session replays, heatmaps, scroll depth, clicks, mouse movements, device and browser information, and page performance metrics. Clarity may also detect rage clicks and dead clicks to help us identify usability issues. This data is collected automatically when you visit the site.
- Aggregate performance data — Vercel Speed Insights captures anonymous page-performance data.
Why We Collect It
- To send you exactly one SMS notifying you when CareSplit launches on the App Store.
- To respond to you if you contact us directly.
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve design, layout, and usability before app launch.
- To identify technical issues, broken interactions, and areas where visitors encounter friction.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or email with third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this site:
- Microsoft Clarity — behavioral analytics including session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity collects data using cookies and similar technologies. Microsoft may process this data in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Analytics 4 — web analytics that collects page views, scroll depth, outbound clicks, and site engagement data. Google may process this data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
- Formspree — processes waitlist form submissions. See the Formspree Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — stores the global waitlist counter. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — hosts the site and collects anonymous performance metrics via Speed Insights.
Data Retention
We retain your phone number and email address until the CareSplit app launches and you have been notified, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. After launch, waitlist data will be deleted within 90 days unless you create a CareSplit account.
Behavioral data collected by Microsoft Clarity is retained according to Microsoft's data retention policies, typically for up to 30 days.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Delete your information from our waitlist
- Stop contacting you (opt out)
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@caresplit.app and we will respond within 30 days.
SMS Consent
By submitting your phone number on the waitlist, you consent to receive a single SMS from CareSplit on launch day. Message and data rates may apply. You will not receive marketing messages or recurring texts. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us at admin@caresplit.app.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated via the waitlist site.
